My pictures aren’t uploading to my gallery. Why?

There are several reasons why your pictures may not be uploading. First, make sure your mobile number is set correctly in Rabble. To do this, from the "Channel Home" screen select "Settings/Help" and then select "Update Mobile Number." If this is the correct number, make sure you are sending the picture in a picture message from your Rabble enabled phone to your channel name followed by @rabble.com. For example: if your channel name is JohnDoe, send your picture to JohnDoe@rabble.com. If you are still not able to upload your pictures after these steps have been followed, please send an email with a description of the issue to help@rabble.com.

I can't log in to my Channel. How do I get logged in?

If you are unable to log into your Channel, send the error message that you are receiving during the log in process to help@rabble.com for assistance.

Someone on Rabble is harassing me, what can you do to help?

To stop all communication from another channel, go to their channel and select the "Block" option. Once a channel is blocked, you cannot see their posts or messages, nor can they see your posts or message you. You can also contact help@rabble.com for further assistance.

Someone posted a comment on my channel/post that I do not want. How do I get rid of it?

To delete a comment on one of your posts, go to the full view of the post and select the "Comments" option. Locate the comment, and select the "Delete" link beneath it.

I can't create a new channel. What’s wrong?

Each mobile number is allowed to create a maximum of 10 channels. If you need to have channels deleted, contact help@rabble.com.

I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?

If you do not remember your password, on the "Enter Password" screen, select the "Forgot Password" link. Your password will be sent to your mobile phone in a text message. If you did not give Rabble permission to send your password via SMS during your registration, you can get your password by sending a text message or email to help@rabble.com.

Why am I not receiving my SMS Alerts?

If you are not receiving text messages to alert you of new messages on Rabble, you may not have your alerts on. To turn your alerts on, from your "Channel Home" screen select "Settings/Help" and select "Online Status." Select the "On" option and then select "Ok" If you are still not receiving text messages when other Rabble users are sending your messages to your Rabble message center, send your phone number and a brief description of the problem to help@rabble.com.

A person sent me a message with a picture, but I do not see it.

If you were sent a message with a picture attached but you do not see it, your "Rabble Pix" settings may be set to a level that is not allowing you to receive pictures. In this case, the photo that was attached to the message would have been replaced with a Rabble place holder image marked "Unauthorized Media." To update your pic message setting, from your "Channel Home" screen select "Settings/Help" and then select "Rabble Pix From." Select "Friends Only" if you only want to see pictures from your friends, select "All" if you want to receive pictures from anyone, and select "Off" if you do not want to receive Rabble pix messages.

Why is there a difference in the displayed number of Friends (or Fans/Subscribers) vs. the number of Friends (or Fans/Subscribers) I see in the actual list?

In the instance where channels are blocked from each other, users may see a higher number displayed for the number of Friends, Fans and/or Subscribers in the Connections screen compared to the actual listed number of Friends/Fans/Subscribers.

Why does my Rabble email address channelname@rabble.com not work?

Your Rabble email address channelname@rabble.com is only used for MMS picture upload when adding pictures from your Rabble enabled mobile phone to your Rabble gallery.
