What can I search for on Rabble?
You can search for general keywords, locations, places, groups, and more. Rabble also provides other pre-made searches, such as: Whats New, Rabble Spotlight, People, Music, Top Media, Top People, Top Groups, Ringtones, Most Fans, Most Viewed and Most Friends.
topHow do I find Rabble users in my area?
To find a user in your area, from the "Channel Home" screen select "Search" (press the right soft key), and then press the right directional arrow on your phones navigation button. This "People" search screen allows you to search for other Rabble users in your area. You can search by gender, keywords, and location.
topHow do I find people that might interest me on Rabble?
To find people on Rabble, from the "Channel Home" screen, select "Search" by pressing the right soft key. From the "Search Main" screen, select the right directional arrow on your phone to enter the "People" search screen. From the "People" search screen, you can specify gender and proximity.
topHow do I get in the Rabble Spotlight?
The Rabble Spotlight is selected by the Rabble community team on a regular basis. We feature channels of new users, users with creative content, users who are active in the community and are posting pictures with their blog posts. Anyone has a chance to be in the spotlight, so start Rabbling and see if youre next!

What kind of posts are there on Rabble?
Every channel has a blog which they can use to publish posts and events. Groups and places also have a community blog list where every member can publish and participate in the blog. Ringtone posts showcase a ringtone that is available for download.
topHow do I create a blog post from my Channel?
To create a blog post, on the "Channel Home" select "Create." From the create menu, select "Create Post." Enter your post title, add a picture, and enter what you would like your post to say. Select "Create Post" to publish your post.
topWhat are Comments?
Comments allow other users on Rabble to make a public comment on your blog post.
topHow do I comment on a post?
When you are viewing a post, select the "Comments" link. This will take you to the "Comments" screen for the post, which contains comments other users have left about the post, as well as a place to enter your comment.
topHow do I control who can add comments to my posts?
You can completely turn comments off, allow all users to comment or restrict commenting to users on your friends list. To change these options, from your "Channel Home" screen select the "Settings/Help" option and then select "Commenting."
topWhat is a link?
A link is a blog post that references another Rabblers post. If you select the "Link" option on a post, you can add your comment. This creates two locations of your comment. The first location will be the new link post in your blog, and the second will be your link comments on the post you are linking to.
topHow do I add my current location to my posts?
When you are creating a blog post, select the location name below the post area. On the next screen, choose the location you want to have associated with the post you are creating.
topHow do I send a post on Rabble to someone else?
When you are viewing a post, select the "Forward This Post" option. On the next screen, enter the mobile numbers or email addresses you would like to forward the post to and select "Next." If youd like, attach a message to go along with your post and then select "Send."

How do I remove a friend?
To remove a friend from your channels friends list, from the "Channel Home" screen select "Friends." Select the friend you want to remove, and then choose the "Remove" option from the menu.
topHow do I remove Friend Requests I do not want to accept?
To deny a friend request, from the "Channel Home" screen select "Message Center." From here, select "Friend Requests." Select a message to open it. To deny the friend request, select "Deny." The friend request will then be removed from your Message Center.
topHow do I change my Channel picture?
To update your channel picture, from your "Channel Home" screen, access your gallery by selecting "My Media" and then "Photo Gallery." Select the picture you would like to use, and then choose the "Set Channel Pic" option.
topHow do I change my phone number?
To change your phone number, from the "Channel Home" screen select "Settings/Help." From the "Settings" screen, select "Update Mobile Number." You must have your current mobile number up to date in the Rabble system for photo upload to function from your phone.
topHow do I change my password?
To change your password, from the "Channel Home" screen select "Settings/Help." From the "Settings" screen, select "Change Password". Here you enter your current password, along with the new password you wish to use.

topHow do I turn off SMS (text) alerts?
To turn off new message text alerts, from the "Channel Home" screen select "Settings/Help." From the "Settings" screen, select "Online Status." Select "Off" for this setting. To turn off new comment and link alerts, select the same setting for the "Comment Alerts" and "Link Alerts" in the "Settings" menu.
topHow do I change my channel name?
To change your channel name, from the "Channel Home" screen select "Edit Channel". From the "Edit Channel" screen, select "Channel Name." You can change your Channel name on the following screen, and select "Done" when you have finished.
topHow do I switch channels without closing Rabble and opening it again?
To switch channels, from the "Channel Home" screen select "Settings/Help." Select "Switch/Add Channels" and then select the channel name you want to switch to using next.
topHow do I cancel my Rabble subscription?
The method to cancel your Rabble subscription may differ depending on which carrier you have. Please visit your carriers website for instructions on how to cancel your subscription or contact help@rabble.com.

How do I attach a picture to a post?
From the post creation screen, select "Add Media From Gallery." Use the up and down directional arrows on your phones key pad to find the picture in your gallery you want to add. Select the picture, and then choose the "Add Pic" option from the menu that appears.

To change your Channel picture, from the "Channel Home" screen select "Edit Channel." From this menu, select "Update Pic." Use the up and down directional arrows on your phones key pad to find the picture in your gallery you want to use as your Channel picture. Select "Set as Channel Picture" from the menu.
topHow do I delete a photo from my photo gallery?
To delete a photo from your gallery, from the "Channel Home" screen select "My Media" and then select "Photo Gallery". From the photo gallery, select the photo you would like to delete. From the option menu that appears, select "Delete."
topHow do I delete a picture attached to a post without deleting the post?
To delete a picture from a post without deleting the text, navigate to the post and select the "Edit This Post" option. From the edit screen, select "Remove Media" and select "Update Post."
topWhat if I don't have a camera phone or I have some non-camera phone pictures I want to post to my channel?
You can upload pictures from your computer to your channel by logging into the Rabble website at www.rabble.com.

What are Groups?
A Group allows a Rabble member to create a channel that multiple users can join. These users can create blog posts, events and comments which can be seen in the groups blog list. Only members of the group can post and comment.
topHow do I create a Group?
To create a Group from your "Channel Home", select the "Create" option and from the "Create" screen select "Create Group". After selecting "Create Group" you can add media from your media gallery and give a short description about the group.
topHow do I edit a Group I created?
As Group Leader, you have the ability to edit the Group on the Group home screen via the "Edit This Group" option. Select "Edit This Group" and you will be able to update the Group photo, description and location. Be sure to select the "Update Group" option to save your changes. If you wish to edit/update the Group name, please contact help@rabble.com.

The easiest way to find a Group is via the general search screen which can be accessed throughout the application by pressing the right soft key. Select the "Top Groups" option which allows you to search groups via name and/or keyword. You will also find a listing of the most popular groups on Rabble that you can browse through on the same screen.
topHow do I join a Group?
To join a group from the "Group Home" screen, select the "Join Group" option. You will automatically see a confirmation message that you are now a member of the group. You will also be able to create a post or event to the group instantly, and your channel will be added to the groups member list. The newly joined group will show up in your Connections menu under "Groups" so you can easily find it again. New group content will be indicated in parenthesis after the group name in your Connections menu.

You can unsubscribe from a group via your "Channel Home." Press the left directional button to access your "My Connections" screen. Select the "Groups" option and then find the group you would like to unsubscribe from. Select this group and press OK to launch the options menu. Select "Unsubscribe" from the options menu and you will automatically be removed as a member.

Rabble does not allow a user to delete a group they have created however you can resign as a "Group Leader." From your "Channel Home" screen, press the left directional button on your phone and select "Groups I Lead." From the "Group Home" screen, press the left directional button on your phone and select the member you would like to remove from the members list. Press OK to launch the options menu and select the "Remove From Group" option. The member will automatically be removed from the members list and will be "grayed out" within the list. When you remove a member from the group, they lose the ability to create content and interact within the group. Members may be reinstated to the group via the options menu by selecting "Return To Group".

What are Places?
A place allows multiple users to create blog posts and comments about their favorite places. Places are anything that Rabblers want to create; a favorite coffee shop, restaurant, work place, etc. Places work just like groups in Rabble, except they are location-based.
topHow do I create a Place?
To create a place from your "Channel Home", select the "Create" option and from the "Create" screen select "Create Place". After selecting "Create Place", you will be prompted to enter the "Place Name." You may need to update the location of the place by selecting the "In location" option. If so, select this option and choose from your existing locations, or you can opt to create a new location for the place. Once you have updated the location you will be returned to the "Create Place" screen. Select the "Next" option to proceed. Add an image, enter the address and phone number for the place and then select "Create Place" to complete the process. The newly created place will appear in your "My Connections" list
topWhat happens if my Place is already on Rabble?
When you enter your place name and location on the "Create Place" screen, you may get an "Existing Places" menu if your place name is already in the Rabble database for that location. If you select the place from "Existing Places" menu you will get the "Place Details" screen where you will find the place information. If this is the place that you wanted to create and it is already in the Rabble database, then select the "Add To My Places" option to add it to your "My Connections" list. If this is not the place you wanted to create, select the "Back" option to go to the previous screen where you can select "Create Place" and continue the creation process.

As "Place Host" you have the ability to edit the place on the "Place Home" screen via the "Edit This Place" option. Select "Edit This Place" and you will be able to update the photo, address and telephone number. Be sure to select the "Update Place" option to save your changes. What is blog integration?
If you currently have a web blog, you can put all of your posts from your web blog into your Rabble Channel blog. Also, you can automatically have your new posts on Rabble go to your blog on the web. Visit www.rabble.com to set up Rabble integration with your current web-based blog.

How do Ringtones work?
Promotional ringtones are available via select Rabble artist channels. The easiest way to find ringtones is via the general search screen which can be accessed throughout the application by pressing the right soft key. Select the "Ringtones" option which allows you to search ringtones via "Keyword", "Artist", "Title" and "Most Popular." Make your selection from the search results to access the ringtone post, and select the "Download Now" option to have the ringtone sent to your phone. Additional fees may apply based on your carrier and plan.
topHow do I create a Ringtone and upload it?
Currently we do not have an automated process to create ringtones however we are in the process of adding the ability to create and share ringtones via the Rabble.com website. topReporting Abuse and Blocking
How do I report inappropriate content?
If you see content that is offensive and unsuitable for public view, select the "Report Abuse" option on the channel or post in question. Please provide any additional details on why you are reporting the content, and Rabble Customer Service will review and remove the content as soon as possible if it is in violation of the Rabble Terms of Service.
topWhat kind of material is prohibited on Rabble?
Hate language, harassment, soliciting minors, inappropriate language and pornography are some examples of material that Rabble does not allow to be kept within its community. Rabble Customer Service reserves the right to delete any questionable material it deems as not suitable for the community. Rabble also has the right to permanently terminate the account of any user who violates the Rabble Terms of Service.
topHow do I block a channel?
From the channel or the post, select "Block" and then confirm you want to block the user selected on the confirmation screen. When you block another channel, you are blocking any messages or posts from that channel and the user will no longer be visible to you in the application.
topHow do I remove a channel from my blocked list?
To remove a channel from your blocked list, from your "Channel Home" screen select "Settings/Help." From the "Settings" menu, select "Blocked list." Select the channel you want to remove from your blocked list and then choose the "Remove" option.
